These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site and the purchase of products sold through it. By accessing and using the site, you agree to these conditions.

1. General information

The site sells fishing accessories: fishing rods, reels, hooks, baits, lures, equipment and other specific products.

The site administrator reserves the right to modify the content and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed online, 24/7.

After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of lack of stock or incomplete data.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in lei (MDL) and include VAT, if applicable.

Payment can be made: cash on delivery, bank card or bank transfer.

Prices may be changed without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Moldova by courier.

The estimated delivery time is between 1–3 business days.

The cost of delivery is displayed separately and is borne by the customer.

5. Return policy

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The product must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product.

6. Warranty

The products benefit from a warranty according to the legislation in force.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

7. Copyright

The content of the site (images, texts, logo) is the property of the administrator and cannot be copied without written consent.

8. Personal data protection

Personal data is used only for order processing and is not transmitted to third parties.

The site complies with data protection legislation.

9. Disputes

Any conflict will be resolved amicably.

If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
